איך יודעים שיש לכם.ן רעיון טוב לסטארט-אפ? איך הופכים רעיון למיזם שעונה על צרכים של לקוחות ומשתמשים? מה מבדיל בין פתרון הנדסי לסטארט-אפ שייצור שינוי?

 

בואו ללמוד כיצד לקחת את הרעיון שלכם.ן קדימה ולהפכו לסטארט-אפ עסקי. בקורס  נלמד כיצד בוחנים רעיון לסטארט-אפ ומפתחים אותו לתכנית עסקית ומצגת משקיעים. את כתיבת התכנית העסקית ינחו מנטורים עסקיים – אנשי תעשייה בכירים שהקימו ו/או ניהולו מיזמים (ראו למטה רשימה חלקית של מנטורים). הקורס ייתן לכ.ן את יסודות החשיבה העסקית והיזמית ויכין אתכם.ן לשוק העבודה בין אם תקימו סטארט-אפ או תעבדו בחברה גדולה. 

 

התכנית העסקית מתארת את הבסיס העסקי להקמת מיזם, כיצד יעבוד ומה יגרום לו להצליח. זה יכול להיות מיזם בחברה קיימת – לפיתוח מוצר חדש או קידום מוצר קיים – או סטארט-אפ חדש. ננתח לעומק את צורך השוק אותו הרעיון שלכם.ן בא לפתור, מדוע הפתרון חשוב ולמה המשתמשים מעוניינים בו. ננתח את השוק והפתרונות הקיימים, המתחרים, היתרונות והחסרונות ונציג תכנית שיווקית ליציאת המוצר לשוק, הכוללת מדדים ברורים להצלחה.

לאורך הקורס יתקיימו סדנאות מעשיות ובמקביל, הסטודנטים יפגשו עם המנטורים, יכתבו חלקים מהתכנית ויגישו אותם למשוב עד להגשת התכנית המוגמרת בסיום הקורס.

לא נדרש רקע בכלכלה וניהול ולא נדרשת הכרה של עולם ההייטק. 

 

הקורס הינו קורס של הפקולטה להנדסה והוא מזכה ב-4 ש"ס

ההרשמה לקורס היא ידנית ולא דרך הבידינג. סטונדטים שיתקבלו יקבלו הודעה לפני תחילת הסמסטר.

דרישות קבלה:

• לקורס יכולים להירשם צוותי סטודנטים וסטודנטיות היכולים להציג רעיון לסטארט-אפ המבוסס על צורך שוק משמעותי.
• הקורס מיועד לסטודנטים שבשנת תתשפה יהיו בשנה ד' (בעדיפות ראשונה) או בשנה ג'
• צוות יכול לכלול בין 2 ל-4 סטודנטים וסטודנטיות בלבד.  
• יש למלא טופס בקשה להרשם לקורס. למילוי הטופס ליחצו  כאן>> 
• הקבלה היא על בסיס הפרטים בטופס ההרשמה. קבוצות נבחרות יוזמנו לראיונות אישיים. 
• לא נדרש רקע בכלכלה וניהול ולא נדרשת הכרה של עולם ההייטק.

Sarit Shani Natanson

Sarit has over 20 years of experience in startup companies as well as established technology corporations. She has taken part in the establishment of start-up companies and in leading positions in established companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Amdocs, Nokia Siemens (NSN) and 3Com (COM3).

Sarit began her career at Motorola Semiconductor as a software engineer and continued in the development management track at data communications companies. She then began engaging in product management and strategy.

Sarit holds a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Computer Science and Mathematics and M.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Computer Science, both from Tel Aviv University.

 

Eyal Ben-Haim

Eyal is Head of Retail Division at Bank Leumi. He is in charge of the Bank’s Business Continuity Program as well. Amongst his responsibilities are also the Investment Advisory Section of Leumi, and the Processes and Methods Section. 
He is a Member of the PEPPER Board of Directors (Digital bank of the Leumi Group where he served as Chairman from 5/20-2/21)
Eyal is also a Member of Leumi UK Board of Directors.
He presently serves as a Mentor to young Armour Corps officers.

 

 

Noga Gur-Arieh Golan

Noga Gur-Arieh Golan is a marketing executive, with cross-industry experience, and specialization in creating innovative and impactful marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Noga also specializes in building strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, ensuring their satisfaction and delivering exceptional results. 
In the past 4 years, Noga has been working as Head of Marketing, Israel at Visa, where she leads marketing strategy and execution from A to Z, aligning local goals with global ones. Before that she led Integrated Marketing at Disney. Noga has also been advising early-stage startups on go-to-market strategies.
Noga has a BA in Communications and Political Science, an MA in Political Commnications, an MBA, and MSc in Marketing Management and an MA in Legal Studies. She also leads the course “Glocal Marketing in International Corporates- From Global to Local” at Coller School of Management in Tel-Aviv University. 

Emil Kareen

Emil held for over 23 years the position of Managing Director at the field of vehicle import and distribution in Israel. He did that with Skoda cars, then with Mercedes Benz and till lately, as the Head of the Commercial Vehicles (various brands) in Colmobil. During these years he initiated numerous contacts with manufacturers around the world, including China, which also matured in certain cases to actual contracts.
He started his career in the IDF serving ten years as an officer in the Military Vehicle Corps. Later, he worked for DAF trucks and then as the brand manager of Seat cars. During his last assignment, Emil was involved deeply in looking for alternative propulsion solutions including the import of CNG testing vehicles and then leading the project in Colmobil of hydrogen usage for non polluting vehicles, which resulted in importing 3 hydrogen fuel cell electric trucks for long trials in Israel.
Emil has B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering and an MA in Business Administration, both from Tel Aviv University.
 

 

Tamar Bar-Noy Gotlin

Tamar is an experienced senior banking executive. She served as vice president credit at Leumi Card (MAX) financial and payment cards company. Previously she managed private banking at Bank Leumi, managed the Boca Raton branch in Florida, US and other executive positions in Leumi Bank. Tamar brings extensive business experience as well as in-depth familiarity and comprehension of the global financial eco-system. 


Tamar holds a BA in Natural Sciences from the Open University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

 

 

Ziv Tsoref

Ziv ia an Algorithm Team Leader in Kitov.ai
Kitov.ai develops Robotic systems for Visual Quality-Inspection for Manufacturing industries, using Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, and 3D Computer Vision.
Prior to joining Kitov.ai, Ziv has served as CTO in Astralink, a start-up company that developed Augmented Reality and AI solutions for the construction industry, and in i4drive, which provides advance solution for Autonomous vehicles, and Smart-Transportation. Prior to i4drive Ziv served as Algorithm Team leader in Inuitive, which provides VLSI based Co-processor for intensive Computer Vision solutions for diverse industries.
Ziv has co-lead many products from early stages to completion and significant sales, and published several patents. Ziv has an MSc. Degree in Physics from Tel-Aviv university.

 

Shirly Yechilevich

Shirly is an executive finance manager with over 25 years of experience in banking in Israel and in the USA, she specialized in business advisory, corporate finance, risk management and financial regulation. 
During these years Shirly was the head of Risk Management and Regulation section in the Business Division in Bank Leumi, leading complex processes, involving finance, compliance, and regulation issues in business-oriented methods. Shirly's previous senior positions in the bank includes managing corporate and commercial companies and managing a Hi-Tech customers unit. 
Presently, Shirly focused on the non-profit organizations in several position, inter alia, as a Business Mentor, building tools and methods to empowering small business entrepreneurship leading by women. 
Shirly holds an M.B.A and B.A in Economics both from Tel-Aviv University.
 

 

 

Yossi Amossy

An entrepreneur in the Software space and a co-Founder of 2 start-ups, Yossi led them from the ‘garage phase’ to the front-line of their respective market environments. 
For a period of 20 years, most of them while living in the US, Yossi acted as a Founder / CEO, and focused on key areas such as: 
Raising funds - from seed VC money to Private Equity partners. 
Managing growth to become multi-division large-size operations. 
Business strategy – partnerships, business models and market strategy. 
Maintaining the Edge in both product and technology.  
 
Yossi’s BA was completed at Tel-Aviv University Law school and his MA at TAU’s department of History. 

 

Liat Hadad

Liat Hadad is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in the Life Sciences industry. Her diverse background spans innovation, investments, business development, and marketing across various sectors including pharma, digital health, bioconvergence, and medical devices. As Chief Business Officer at OrthoTreat, she currently leads the development of innovative bone regeneration therapies. Liat has held key positions at Sanara Ventures, Ramot [Tel Aviv University's Business Engagement Center], Lumenis, Allium Medical, and Giza Venture Capital. Her career path has taken her from corporate to venture capital, the startup ecosystem, academic tech transfer, and an incubation platform, gaining multiple perspectives from each stage, her comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences ecosystem makes her a valuable mentor and industry leader. Liat holds a B.A. in sociology, anthropology, and political science, as well as an Executive M.B.A. in entrepreneurial studies, marketing, and finance from Tel Aviv University. 

 

Naom Richter

Noam is co-founder of Benyan Ha’Eir, an entrepreneurial construction company where for the last 15 years he has been developing residential properties in Tel Aviv.

He began his career as Vice President of Infrastructure at the Local Government Economic Services company, a subsidiary of the Federation of Local Authorities in Israel. Noam than took a position as the Business Development Manager for renewable energy at a subsidiary of Shikun and Binui. After that, he was the CEO of a water management company .  

Noam is experienced in working in unstable market conditions, with significant financial exposures, in raising funds for projects and is continuously engaged in locating and analysing business opportunities and turning them into profitable entrepreneurial projects.

Noam holds a B.Sc in civil engineering from the Technion institution and he is a certified Business Mediator. Noam in an amateur skipper and likes to take long sailing vacations.

Amir Blumenfeld

Dr. Amir Blumenfeld is a senior executive in the MedTech industry with over 30 years of experience, combining a clinical background as a pediatric surgeon with business management expertise.
Dr. Blumenfeld holds an MD from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University. Throughout his career, he has held key positions such as Senior Director of Discovery at Edwards Lifesciences, where he focused on identifying promising novel technologies; Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Paieon Medical, a MedTech startup; pediatric surgeon at Schneider Children's Medical Center; and Chief of the Trauma and Combat Medicine Branch at the Israel Defense Forces Medical Corps.
Currently, Dr. Blumenfeld serves as the Chairman of Sahar, an NGO providing hotline support for individuals in mental distress. In addition, he is actively involved in educational initiatives at the Tel Aviv University (TAU) Faculty of Medicine and the JumpTAU accelerator. He has also published over 30 articles in medical literature.
 

Tamar Shinhorn

Professional Finance manager with 20 years of experience in global NASDAQ companies, specifically in Treasury and Risk Management. During the years, Tamar has initiated and implemented cross-organization processes and projects, thus developed unique capabilities combining Financial and Business orientation.
Currently, Tamar is consulting to executive managers on innovative ideas or processes they wish to implement in the organization. 
In parallel, Tamar acts in the Education field, to find and develop unique programs for young children, to encourage and promote curiosity and motivation.
Tamar holds an M.A. in Economics from Bar-Ilan University, and a B.A. in Management and Economics from Tel-Aviv University. 

Yaniv Dolev

Yaniv Dolev is a seasoned entrepreneur with a focus on early-stage life science technologies. He has 16 years of experience founding start-ups in translational research for promising novel medical technologies. His accomplishments include founding Moebius Medical in 2008, based on technology licensed from Hebrew University and the Technion. During his time at Moebius Medical, Yaniv led the development of the company’s lead drug through early in vivo proof-of-concept, completed non-clinical studies, and successful clinical trials. He also managed fundraising efforts, culminating in an exclusive global licensing deal with Sun Pharma in December 2016.
In addition to his role at Moebius Medical, Yaniv has successfully led two other companies through their First-in-Human trials, overseeing regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and clinical management. These trials involved cardiology (device) and ophthalmology (drug) indications. Yaniv excels in processing and maturing complex, innovative ideas into effective products that meet market needs while also managing corporate development, including fundraising, strategy building, business development, and marketing.
Yaniv is a veterinary surgeon and holds a Master's in Agribusiness.

 

 

Eran Yarkoni

Eran began his high-tech career at Intel, where he managed the Pentium® MMX processors project from early production and up to $10 billion in sales. Later, he founded and led EnStorage, a developer of groundbreaking energy storage systems, and before that was the CEO of CyOptics, a fiber-optics startup which was acquired by Singapore-based Avago Technologies.

Eran also served as CEO of Capital Nature, a renewable energy incubator and at the Israel Seed Partners venture capital fund.

Today Eran works with startup teams focusing on companies with a significant technological advantage and through his extensive experience in establishing and financing successful start-up companies, he joins forces with entrepreneurs in order to jointly establish successful high-tech companies.
