Everyone has an idea for a new startup. But is it a good one? Are you going to be the next Wiz, achieving an exit worth billions of dollars? A startup does not start with just an idea; it begins with identifying a market problem, need, or opportunity. It starts with precisely identifying who the customers are that need this problem solved (and it is not ‘everyone’).
In this lecture, we will delve into the critical steps of identifying a disruptive startup idea—one that changes industries and impacts human behavior. The kind of idea investors are keen to invest in. We will go over the key challenges and mistakes entrepreneurs make in their pursuit of the undiscovered market need. By the end of this session, you will have a clear framework for evaluating and refining your startup ideas, ensuring they are not only viable but also poised for success.
