האקסלרטור הינו תכנית האצה למיזמים שלאורכה בוחנים היזמים את הבעיות אותן זיהו, מאששים את קיומן, מפתחים להם פתרונות משמעותיים ובסיום התהליך יהיו מוכנים להציג המיזם בפני משקיעים. התכנית הכוללת 13 מפגשים סדנאיים, מלווה על ידי מנטורים – אנשי עסקים בכירים מהמובילים בתעשייה בישראל – העובדים בצמוד עם המיזמים, יועצים, מחברים חיבורים וחולקים מנסיונם. בינהם: מנכ"ל דרופבוקס ישראל, מאיר מורגנשטיין, אלדד בר אלי מנהל בכיר להנדסה באורקל, טל שלסקי שניהל את חטיבת החדשנות בבנק הפועלים, מנכ"ל  TIGI צביקה קלייר, היזם וחבר הכנסת לשעבר דדי צוקר ועוד. כולם, בוגרי אוניברסיטת תל אביב. המיזמים מורכבים מסטודנטים מאוניברסיטת תל אביב ושנקר כאשר כל צוות מורכב מסטודנטים יהודים וערבים, דבר המאפשר גישה לשווקים חדשים ורעיונות חדשים.

Guy recently concluded the sale and transition of his startup company to a U.S. company. Previously Guy acted as founder & CEO, as well as Business Development person, in a number of startup companies- leading acquisitions, building operations in different countries, selling companies and securing financing transactions. Guy is also a seasoned "angel" investor in number of successful startup companies.

Prior to this, Guy was a partner and headed the high-tech department at the law firm of Zellermayer, Pelissof & Co. Guy was also an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, one of New York’s leading law firms. Guy holds a law degree "cum laude" from Tel Aviv University School of Law and an LLM degree with honor from NYU, specializing in international taxation.Guy served for five years as an officer in the IDF Intelligence Corp, in the elite 8200unit.

Mr. Arik Gordon serves as Executive Vice President for Growth at Orbotech, responsible for the company growth strategy and plans, as well as the area of software in the company. Prior to that positions, Arik served as the President of the Company’s Printed Circuit Board (PCB) division where he has been responsible for the overall management, strategy, business and R&D of the division. Before that Mr. Gordon held a number of executive management positions in the PCB division for over 12 years, including President of Orbotech Pacific, Director of Orbotech Japan, General Manager of Orbotech Taiwan as well as the division’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Before joining Orbotech, Mr. Gordon served in senior executive positions at Scitex and Persay. Mr. Gordon has an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France (Dean’s list) and a BSc (Magna Cum laude) and MSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Sarit Shani, is seasoned professional and results-oriented business/R&D manager, with a strong technical background and deep product understanding.

Vice President, Kav Mashveh,

Sami brings years of management experience in the areas of human resources, recruitment, training, and customer service, in leading organizations in Israel. At Kav Mashve, he is responsible for building a variety of workshops in the career development, personal empowerment and personal skills development.

Sami is a sought after lecturer by Israeli employers speaking on issues such as employment-related cultural characteristics of the Arab society, and how to build or adapt employer's recruitment processes to enable successful recruitment and assimilation of Arabs in the Israeli workforce.

His rich experience and high industry engagement in promoting diversity in the workplace working with both employment candidate and employers, places him as a highly influential figure in achieving quantitative and qualitative results in the integration of Arab academics into the core of activity and employment in the Israeli economy. Sami holds an MA in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University.
